BIOPLASTICS
Bioplastic is a plastic produced with organic material and without using petroleum derivatives. It is very similar to traditional synthetic plastic in both lightness and strength.
However, being produced from organic matter (eg wheat, corn, beet), bioplastic is 100% biodegradable . It can be reabsorbed by natural agents present on the earth or in the atmosphere in a much faster time and with less consequences on the environment.
Generally, our products are made with biopolymers in compliance with the environment and regulations, they are defined as biocompostable according to the UNI EN 13432: 2002 standard, the material becomes compostable through specific processes in specific composting.
